A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. We pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
A: Our shipments are coming directly from Australia. For domestic orders in Australia, it will normally take 5 to 7 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 business days. We currently don't offer express shipping.
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Please note that all international shipments are DDU, which stands for Delivery Duties Unpaid. This means that the receiver may need to pay any potential duties or charges due.
The vast majority of our orders won’t require any import duties to be paid, because they’ll fall under the country’s low-value threshold, although it does depend on the destination country.
If dutiesdo need to be paid, the local postal or customs authority for that country will most likely get in touch with the receiver of the parcel to organise it with them directly.
