At the end of 2019, we were privileged enough to be able to speak to the one and only, Hans-Kristian Vittinghus (HK Vittinghus). Many of you in the badminton community or badminton lovers would have been the epic between-the-legs winner HK played against Lee Chong Wei when he was 19-20 down at the Yonex US Open in 2015. If you haven't, here it is: 



He also become a somewhat super star in his career when he sealed Denmark's Thomas Cup Finals victory in 2016. 

In this episode of the badminton podcast, we had the opportunity to talk to him about his badminton journey, balancing professional badminton with his family life and how to keep your athletes involved in our great sport:
