At the end of 2019, we were privileged enough to be able to speak to the one and only, Hans-Kristian Vittinghus (HK Vittinghus). Many of you in the badminton community or badminton lovers would have been the epic between-the-legs winner HK played against Lee Chong Wei when he was 19-20 down at the Yonex US Open in 2015. If you haven't, here it is:

He also become a somewhat super star in his career when he sealed Denmark's Thomas Cup Finals victory in 2016.

In this episode of the badminton podcast, we had the opportunity to talk to him about his badminton journey, balancing professional badminton with his family life and how to keep your athletes involved in our great sport:

As of early this year (2020), HK has started his own podcast as well, "A Year On Tour With Vittinghus", which can be listened to here: https://vittinghus.podbean.com/

We'd love to hear your opinions, comments, tips and tricks so please feel free to comment below. If you would like us to write about something in particular, please let us know!
